A cold and crisp day greeted the gang. New member Richard (from the 80150 group) was introduced to all. After the usual tea and chats everyone went off for their duties.
Keith H, Chris and Eddie went up the line to Alton, and Brian Hi, Richard, Adam and Bill went down the line to Alresford to do the track inspections.
Adrian, Corina and John went down to Alresford where Adrian and John undertook some temporary footbridge repairs, and Corina did the point oiling.
After breakfast in the West Country Buffet, Adrian, Corina and John went back to M&FM and waited for the various services to arrive with the returning walkers.
Adrian , Corina, Brian Hi, Richard then went down to the Butts Signal box where they met up with Adrian N and started reclaiming more of the bricks.
The boys chipped away whist Corina cleaned up.
The rest of the gang stayed up at M&FM to remove some chairs from various wooden sleepers which the railway had acquired to replace some of the old ones in Alresford station.
