A beautiful warm sunny day greeted the gang of many. After the usual catch ups the gangs divided.
Ian J and Adrian's N and C went down to Alresford, Pete, Brian Hi and Keith H up to Alton to do the line side inspections..
Corina went down the line to Arleside to paint the culverts 56A,B,C and D, Arleside Hut sign and the bridge number 66, joining the passing Alresford walkers for a breakfast at the West Country Buffet. She then walked back up to Arleside to continue the painting.
Eddie, Brian Ha, Martin B and Chris went fishplate oiling (joined by Neil and Paul late morning) completing around 1 mile of plates.
After lunch Adrian's N and C and Brian Hi continued brick reclaiming down at the Butts signal box.
