For a bit of relief from the Xmas festivities, four members of the Pway Expeditionary Force ventured into Western territory, with a visit to the Gloucestershire and Warwickshire Railway. The day started with the reprobates descending on Broadway to view progress on the Station re-build project. Quite surprisingly, despite being forewarned of the impending visit, several Broadway Area Group stalwarts were present to greet the party, who were very grateful for the guided tour of the site. Many thanks are extended to Jo and his colleagues for their hospitality.
The remainder of the day was spent riding the cushions behind Foremarke Hall (in it's last two days of operation before withdrawal for overhaul) and the Prairie tank, between Laverton and Cheltenham.
